Since the idea of developing a system that produces electricity by means of the force of buoyancy in water was born in 2014, our team has been working on the implementation of this vision. Energy Towers sets an innovative milestone in sustainable electricity production with a unique selling proposition. Energy Towers can be built almost anywhere. They are base-load capable and thus contribute to the security of supply of the population to an extent that only fossil energy sources such as coal, oil, gas or nuclear energy have been able to do up to now.
KIT Campus Transfer GmbH (KCT) 1) accompanies our steps scientifically. Simulations for calculating the energy conversion were commissioned and carried out. Currently, the detailing of the design is supported by the simulation of the efficiency from the drive piston to the generator shaft. The following calculations were performed
